Hello readers,
I tried to write a poem every day a few years ago, and it was too difficult to sustain. This year, I’m attempting to write a new poem every week during 2015. I hope you choose to follow along.

This site and project started as a New Year’s Resolution the beginning of 2011. Ultimately I only made it about five months before the toll of producing new material each day led me to drop the project. However, I loved the experience and I’d certainly consider trying it again, sometime – I got a great deal out of the attempt, even if I failed.
For now, I’ll be doing my best to write just for the sake of writing – the simple act is one of my only outlets and an important part of who I am. I believe that I’m a better person when I’m writing.
